Not for everyone, but in the right hands this should be awesome! Requires a gimmick and some bending skills. I really like this trick because it can be done impromptu. No real demands are made on the performer, but the participant will need to have 2nd or 3rd grade math skills. Two ploys are presented and my initial impression is that I like the first one best. The mentalist turns to face the participant and can now know which symbol was peeked at.

As a result, you will need Acrobat 6 or later to properly open the PDF. To play the videos you will also need to have Windows Media Player installed on your computer. At the request of several Mac owners, I am also providing the videos as separate files in MOV format. Elliott loves billets and he loves switching them. There is a lot of great work inside. If you are a pro, amateur or just plain billet crazy, then this is something you need to put in your library.
I cannot believe you continue to send new material every so often. I applaud you for your fine work and deep insights! Thank you. It is easily one of the most valuable mentalism resources to be published in the last decade. Since then, Eliott has added more material to the work for purchasers at no additional cost. How much more? Now, it clocks in at a staggering pages, which is more than five times the original page count. Elliott still says in the site blurb that this is an introductory price.
As you can tell by the blurb, there is a dizzying amount of material on one of the true technical skills that a mentalist should master besides stagecraft and contact mind reading. Most, if not all, of these switches, and routines dealing with them, are easy to do. The only consideration that I have is that Elliott keeps adding stuff but not going back and editing earlier material. So when you start reading at the beginning there are some statements written which are clearly out of date.
At that time, Cassidy was going through a rough time and was hard to reach. That is certainly not the case now as the testimonial from Cassidy above should prove. Also, there are some pictures but they are not of the best quality. They are good enough, though, to get the job done. These are minor quibbles and observations, though. Honestly, after reading the blurb, is there anything else that I need to say to convince you to get this?
At the ridiculously low price that Elliott is charging for this and by the time you read this he may have come to his senses, but almost ten years now , this is a no-brainer purchase and a must-have for any working mentalist.
Just get it and get those stacks of blank billets ready to practice. All rights reserved.

This blog details my journey from amateur magician learning random tricks every now and then to a professional magician with full routines. Monday, January 28, Switchcraft by Elliott J. Bresler Review There is no shortage of praise for or suggestions to buy Swithcraft. That plus all the extras put this on my radar a while ago but I lacked the surplus funds to get it. To me that would imply that the switch is superior to other moves. Sometimes you need a switch and sometimes you need a peek. There are a lot of excellent pictures, enough that you could practically learn just from those alone.
